Before this engagement, every step between a candidate submitting a Meta Ads form and showing up to a pre-meeting involved manual effort a coordinator checking forms, placing calls, logging outcomes, sending reminders, and chasing rescheduling requests individually.
NESA Software was engaged to build a fully automated, AI-integrated booking system that handled the complete pre-meeting lifecycle without any manual intervention from lead capture through to appointment confirmation, reminders, rescheduling, and weekly stakeholder reporting.
